Noilla Builders is a local family owned business with 30 years building experience. It’s important to us that you know exactly what is happening at all times and all the costs. Our aim is to alleviate the stress and confusion throughout the process. We are in constant communication at every stage, we set realistic timeframes and we quote accurately. You are trusting your build with a trade qualified carpenter who is the registered builder.
The person you have your first meeting with, is the person you see on the tools on site and the one who shares your excitement and pride at the completion of your new home. To us, it’s a team project with you connected directly to the builder not a supervisor.

We want this to be a seamless journey, where you feel comfortable and informed at every part of the process. We welcome you on site at any stage. The best supervisor is the owner! So what is the process?
Design
Come to us with your own plans or sit down with Gary and our draftsman with your must haves, ideas, wish list and budget. We will work together to develop a Custom concept that incorporates all these categories.
Permits
Our team handles all the paperwork, so you don’t have to.
Build
This is where you see your dream come to life. We will provide you with realistic timelines and will keep you constantly updated through the process, with telephone calls, onsite meetings and regular emails with progress photos.
Handover
This is a big deal! We ensure this day is filled with excitement. This is the day you get the keys to your new home. The house is spotlessly clean and ready for you to move in.
